When you send a form
Our contact, training, guide and results forms send us what you enter, such as your name, email, company, title and message. With it, the site sends a short note on how you found us: any campaign tags in the link you followed, the site that referred you, the pages you viewed, how many visits you have made, and choices you made on the site, such as an industry, a goal or calculator results. We use this only to respond to you and, if you opted in, to send you email you can unsubscribe from at any time. It is not sold.
The AI opportunity scan
When you enter a website, this site reads that site’s public home page and sends its text to Anthropic’s Claude API, which writes the first read. The result is stored on our server for 30 days so repeat requests are fast, and we keep a record of which company sites were read. If you ask for the full scan, your name and email are used to send it and to follow up.
The AI calculator
The calculator runs in your browser. Your numbers are sent only if you ask us to email you the results, and then only to recalculate and send them.
Kept in your browser
To remember your choices between pages, this site stores a few items in your browser’s local storage: your industry and goal choices, your latest calculator result, the company you scanned, your name and email once you submit a form, and how you first arrived. This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and to see which pages and tools get used. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and never receives what you type into a form. Its advertising features are turned off, and this site sets no advertising cookies.
To opt out, use Google’s opt-out browser add-on or block cookies from google-analytics.com.
Other services
Booking runs through Calendly, fonts load from Google Fonts, and the Hosted Cloud Login is run by our hosting partner. Their own privacy policies apply.
